The woman at the check in was very kind and thorough. My husband had forgotten to put my name on the reservation when he made it over the phone and for safety reasons he needed to call and confirm who i was. Once that was taken care of, I got a nice, hot cup of coffee to bring with me to the room. Took a long, hot shower where they had provided plenty of care products in the shower and at the sinks. The room was very modern and business like. No dresser, but have suitcase racks instead. Clean and spacious and laminate flooring which is so much nicer than nasty carpet! Would come here again.

Love Nate who greeted us with a beautiful and friendly smile. He found my reservation right away and we got the exact room we requested. Nate is exactly the person you want on your front end greeting customers as they arrive. He went above and beyond and distinguishes himself from all others. We love this hotel and location. We are repeat customers!

We booked last minute and brought our 7-lb teacup poodle, and I was nervous about staying in a pet-friendly hotel — but the property was spotless, no odors, no signs of other pets, and the accommodations were perfect for us. I called the night before in a hectic moment, and Nate was incredibly patient, kind, and focused on helping me. When we arrived the next day, he recognized me immediately and welcomed us with the same warm professionalism. While waiting in the lobby, I saw him treat every guest — families, older travelers, younger guests — with the same genuine enthusiasm and respect. After years of traveling, I can honestly say he’s one of the best front desk associates I’ve ever encountered.

I stay here once each week on business travel, and Nate is usually working the front desk when I check in. After just a couple nights, he began recognizing me every time I arrive and it is nice to have a personal connection every time. All the staff I've seen have been adequate, but Nate always does a smooth and fast check-in for me. He also remembers certain details like how I usually want a wake-up call and try to go in the pool every time too. It makes the repeated stay a lot more enjoyable and efficient with that personal touch!

I had the pleasure to have Nate assist me in getting checked into my room and assisting with settling up on my incidentals. Upon arrival, I was starved but it was past 10:30 PM and many restaurants already closed. Nate promptly offered suggestions on places to get a bite. Nate showed exceptional customer service on both of interaction with him and I greatly appreciate Nate’s polite, professional and willingness to assist demeanor. Nate from front desk is such a nice gentleman. He has been super helpful throughout my stay and has made me feel super welcomed and appreciated. As soon as we walked in the lobby, he greeted us with smiles and great vibes. I will definitely be staying here again the next time i visit Gilbert, AZ. I’ve put 4 stars for the rooms ONLY because my rooms A/C unit was out but Nate quickly came up with a solution to make me feel at ease and comfortable.

I just wanted to take a minute to recognize Nate for how great he was during my stay. From the moment I arrived, he was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely helpful. You can tell he really cares about the guests and takes pride in what he does. What I appreciated most was how he went out of his way to share recommendations for the area. He suggested some really good places to eat around Gilbert that I probably wouldn’t have found on my own, and every spot was worth it. He also recommended taking time to visit Sedona and Scottsdale, and I’m so glad I did — both were highlights of my trip. It’s not often you come across someone who makes your stay feel that easy and enjoyable. Nate definitely did that for me. Because of him, my experience was that much better.
